How do I place an order?

If your school is enrolled in our program, choose your style of watch, print the order form, fill it out clearly, and bring it to your school.

What payment options do you offer?

You can pay at your school with either cash or money order.

When will I receive my watch?

You can pick up your watch at a designated location at school approximately 3 to 4 weeks after all of your school's orders are received.

Do you guarantee your watches?

We deliver high resolution, full color imprints with a “Never Fade” guarantee. All Class Watches® have a limited one year warranty. Watch movements and batteries are warranted for 3 years. The warranty does not apply to watches abused by the consumer. Class Watches® should NOT be immersed in water or worn in the shower. Models that are water resistant are indicated as such on the band.

All Class Watches® are custom made and subject to final sale and cannot be returned for credit or refund unless due to an initial manufacturer defect.

What if I need to return a watch?

Please contact our Customer Relation Department before returning any merchandise. If returning by mail, please obtain a receipt from the Post Office or other common carrier such as UPS or Federal Express when you make the return shipment so that if the package is lost it can be traced if necessary.
